Exceed Concrete Construction has been established for seventeen years, and has set up its Head Office on the Sunshine Coast after identifying the need for a commercial concrete construction firm locally.

Director – Darren Ball has 30 years experience in Commercial , Residential & Civil Concreting work. Darren’s role in the Company is Managing Director , Project Manager & Client Liaison Manager.
OH&S & TRAINING
Exceed Concrete Construction is compliant and fully conversant with current OH&S industry requirements. The company has just revised its Safety & Management Plan to an approved ISO Model.
All staff members are inducted under the Company OH&S Policy.
All staff have undertaken Cert III in Concreting along with several also doing their Cert III in Plant and Cert lll in Civil Construction.
Our staff are trained regularly throughout the year in construction procedures by an Authorized Training Organisation.

AFS RETAINING WALL
Exceed Concrete are always on the lookout for ways to improve efficiency, both financially and in terms of construction time, so we love using AFS’s LOGICWALL® and REDIWALL®. Using AFS cutting-edge technologies we can provide our clients innovation for load-bearing, hand-erected concrete walls.
The concrete walls can take heavy loads and are perfect for permanent formwork. They are lightweight and don’t need heavy equipment like cranes to lift and place reliably, but can be easily installed by a three-man team.
AFS walls come in a range of different thicknesses and size to give architects a little bit of extra flexibility. Precast construction has given the industry a massive change for the better, decreasing building time, labor, and costs.
Exceed Concrete has used AFS walls to speed construction, building and formwork.
WHS
Queensland Concrete Constructions takes its responsibility to staff, concrete contractors and site safety very seriously.
Exceed Concrete Constructions ensures each project has current Work Method Statements in place which are signed by each concrete contractor before they enter the site following extensive inductions. Each project has weekly Tool Box Meetings conducted by the relevant Supervisor and daily pre start Meetings. An induction book is maintained on each project.
To ensure the company remains up to date on all safety requirements and is 100% safety compliant on all projects Queensland Concrete Constructions engages the services of an Independent Safety Advisor and follows all recommendations.
