Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Hours: M-F 7am-2pm, subject to delivery schedule.
Free Quest Delivery= Non-Equip orders $1,000+ within 40mi of either store.
Orders $1,000+41-100mi=$100 | Under $1,000 within 40mi=$100 | 41-100=$175
Order minimum is pre-tax. Free Ground Parcel Delivery (to lower 48)= Orders $500+(pre tax).
Freight/pallet or expedited/guaranteed shipping is FOB Anaheim, contact Quest CSR or dispatch for quote.
Delivery fees will apply for orders under $1,000 or non-local destinations. Fees to be determined by weight and method of shipping at the time the order is placed.
If your item was damaged during shipping or delivery, please contact Customer Care: 714-738-6640 or email jodi@questbuilding.com immediately. You will be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please ship and return the damaged items with the original invoice. A credit for the Quest Building Products Store will be issued to your account or credit card for the amount of the order plus any shipping and handling charges incurred.
**IMPORTANT NOTE**
Check your order at the time of delivery. All claims for shortages and/damages must be reported to Quest Building Products upon receipt of goods.
