Polished Concrete (Mechanical Polished Concrete)
Our mechanical polished concrete can transform ordinary concrete into a showpiece. The 10-14 step process is a combination of environmentally friendly products and progressively finer tooling to refine the surface. During the process, we will mechanically fuse product into the concrete to fill voids, cracks and pinholes. The end result is highly durable, aesthetically pleasing concrete floor that has a 10 year dust proof warranty.
Grind and Seal
Grind and seal is a polished concrete "look-a-like" alternative where project restraints are present These can range from budget or the condition of the existing concrete doesn't allow for mechanical polish. The process involves grinding the floor to the desired aggregate exposure and then is treated with a topical sealer in the desired gloss level. Note: topical sealers will typically need to sanded and reapplied every 3-4 years depending on the traffic.
