How long does it take to load a truck?
This video entitled "I gotta crush on you" illustrates the machine art involved in crushing rock for stemming, concrete aggregates and road base. "How long does it take to load a truck?", is the question asked by quarry production managers the world over as they face the daily pressure to "get it out the door in real time".
Just for the record it takes 2 excavators, 2 crushers, 1 screen and one pass, a front end loader, three operators and a supervisor to load a truck and get it out the door in 1 minute and 6 seconds....
